ontology database

Hello,

I am working on the Gene Ontology and I have some questions about the 
Ontology database from Gramene.
I would like to know how do you proceed to load this database?

Do you use flat files provided by the Gene Ontology Consortium?
Is your database totally different from the godatabase provided by the GO 
Consortium?
