sequence blast

[Kaur, Jatinder (IRRI)]

Hello

 

I am trying to blast few wheat sequences against wheat, rice, maize, sorghum
but in the output it always show 12 chromosomes although wheat and maize do
not have 12 chromosome.

 

Can you please clarify at the soonest.
