ontology database

Dear aurelie,

Our ontology database schema is similar to GOC schema.  We don't use the 
flat files provided by GOC.  Instead, we use their database text-dump 
files. Each build, we compare the GO database schema to our schema, we 
update our loading parser correspondingly. If some fields in their 
database are not needed in  our database, we will not parse those fields.
