Hello,
I've (mostly) successfully installed gbrowse 2.33 on a server in our lab. I can access index.html from other computers on our network, and generally all the links which do not redirect to cgi scripts run fine. However, none of the examples (for instance all the different yeast examples) come up with the expected interface. The logs for the httpd server show these errors when I try to click on the "simple" yeast example:
[Wed Jul 13 11:39:12 2011] [error] [client 10.254.10.67] Use of uninitialized value in join or string at /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/Bio/Graphics/Browser2/DataSource.pm line 878., referer: http://10.255.6.59/

[Wed Jul 13 11:39:12 2011] [error] [client 10.254.10.67] Premature end of script headers: gbrowse, referer: http://10.255.6.59/
The server is running centos 5.5, when I installed gbrowse I used this command:
# perl Makefile.PL CONF=/etc/httpd HTDOCS=/var/www/html CGIBIN=/var/www/cgi-bin DO_XS=1
Then:
# ./Build test
# ./Build install
Anyone know what is going on??
Thanks
~josh
