[Gmod-help] Installation issues

Hi Josh,

I'm cc'ing this to the GBrowse mailing list; we can trim the help list
out of the cc list when we reply-all.

I don't think most people go in via the "perl Makefile.PL" path, so I
don't know if there is anything odd going on there.  Do you have
configuration files in /etc/gbrowse2?
