[Gmod-help] Change of address for Apollo mailing lists

Hi Nomi,

Thanks.  I think I have everything I need.  Since Apollo-dev is not public
(I didn't even know about it) I won't link to it from anywhere (unless you
tell me otherwise).  I'll let you know when I think I am done.
