[Gmod-help] Change of address for Apollo mailing lists

Hi Nomi,
I've fixed the links I could find in the GMOD.org web site, and I updated
the metadata at Nabble and submitted new metadata to Gmane. Nabble hadn't
picked up an email since August 13.
