[Gmod-help] Chado supported software?

Hi Stephen,

Off the top of my head, I don't.  I will give this some thought though.
When is the paper going in?

I'd also post this question to the GMOD Schema list.  Other people at
help at gmod.org might have some ideas too.

And, Galaxy DOES NOT support Chado, dang them.  They do support GFF3, which
means you can easily get from Chado to Galaxy, but that isn't the same
thing.
