<br>And, Galaxy DOES NOT support Chado, dang them. I'm working on writing up the Tripal paper and I have a paragraph describing Chado. I was wondering if you could help me out. I know there are tools our there that are not GMOD projects, such as Galaxy, that are providing support for Chado. Do you have a list or at least know of a few tools that support chado but are not necessarily GMOD tools?<br>
