[Gmod-help] GBrowse 2 xyplot not rescaling automatically

Hi,

 

I have just installed GBrowse1.9971 and it seems that the density plots
will not be rescaled according (attached: densitytrack.png). I tried
using the same conf settings on another server with the old gbrowse and
it turns out well (attached: old_density.png). And according to
Bio::Graphics::Glyph::xyplot, 

-max_score   Maximum value of the feature's "score" attribute
[Default: Calculated]
