[Gmod-help] Screen Problems...

Hello, I've had Gmod 11 for some time now and for the first time I am
unhappy with it. The problem is that my screen every some odd seconds my
screen goes white and gets some amount of lag.. I'm not sure whats causing
it. Please Help
