Hi Dave,

Thanks for your reply. We have recently upgraded to the 1.69 version. However it seems that there are issues as even the yeast example is not working.

The browser was installed from source code on a Fedora machine. Here is the gbrowse that I'm working on (with the non-updating overview): http://gbrowse.angis.org.au/cgi-bin/gbrowse/anolis/.

I shall reinstall it but any suggestions as to why there are such problems will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,
Emily

Hello Emily,

Can you send some additional information? What version of GBrowse are
you running? If you aren't running 1.69 we generally start out by
recommend upgrading to it.

Does the region track update, or is it also stuck?

Does rubberbanding in the Overview track work at all, or is it broken too?

A screen shot might help too.

Finally, is your GBrowse instance available on a public URL, so we
could try some things?

I apologize for the delayed response. The main help desk folks,
myself included, are traveling a lot during the first two weeks of
September.

Thanks,

Dave C
