Thanks for your reply. We have recently upgraded to the 1.69 version. However it seems that there are issues as even the yeast example is not working.<BR>

A screen shot might help too.<BR>

Finally, is your GBrowse instance available on a public URL, so we<BR>
could try some things?<BR>
