Hi Debkanta,

Unfortunately, the only ways to do this at the moment are like you
currently do, in 2 steps, 1) get homologs, and 2) get sequences per species
(2 species max if you use the 2nd data set option in Mart), and by
scripting the perl API which would involve basic programming skills.  I
have inquired about making sequences available through the homologs frame
in Mart and will let you know if there is any news on this.  Thanks,
