Dear Sir,

I am a research scholar and working in the field of bioinformatics. I came
across this website, as I am interested in QTL analysis. It's a new topic
for me and I read a lot of papers on QTL analysis in plants. I have also
gone through the gramene website in detail, but I am still unclear about
how to retrieve QTL information. For instance, there are many QTLs for a
single trait -- there is no tutorial or stepwise lab tutorial where I can
follow and understand each and everything in detail.

Besides, one link is associated with other link. Please help me find a
simple way to understand the same.
