It seems we do, if we choose to have root nodule and stem nodule, a
grouping term where all annotations to children terms of nodule would show
up.
Now, where to place generic term 'nodule'? If it goes under the
'sporophyte', it will be a sibling of high nodes, root, shoot, seed and
infructescence.
