Hi Pankaj,
The Zea ontology files have been moved as requested - now visible in the
CVS via the webview URL (below). I haven't been able to delete the
Poc/Zea_mays/ directory. Hopefully someone who administers the CVS
facility can do this for me.
Please elaborate on what you mean by "converting the flat file format
similar to TAIR & Gramene."
