files on CVS

I think there are some remnant ontology files from TAIR that are in the
parent CVS repository- they can be removed:
anatomy_defs.tair
anatomy.tair
temporal_defs.tair
the ones in the subdirectories are the current versions.
-I'd maybe leave the poc2 files at least for a little while (they
represent some early attempt at intergration).Or at least they could be
archived some place.
