files on CVS

Hi Everyone,

I think we should try to be consistent in the file locations on CVS and flat 
file format. Therefore, Leszek, would you mind putting the maize ontology files 
under respective directories on CVS.

Poc/anatomy/ --->for anatomy ontology
Poc/definitions/--->for definitions

Right now they are under Poc/Zea_mays/.

Also try converting the flat file format similar to TAIR & Gramene.

This will help the developers and any potential users in the long run. Also can 
everyone point me to the most relevant files from their projects.  I will be 
cleaning up the CVS directories next week.
