[Gramene] Cereal root genes

Hi Ken,

For barley you could search BLAST hits of EST contigs at HarvVEST,
http://www.harvest-web.org/hweb/bin/bestkey.wc

and BLAST hits of FLcDNAs at 
http://barleyflc.dna.affrc.go.jp/hvdb/

For cereals I'd suggest Gramene, http://www.gramene.org/rice_mutant/
and http://www.gramene.org/plant_ontology/

Anyone know of other sources to suggest?
