[Gramene] Blast link can't work

Hi, 

I want to use blast of GRAMENE, but the Blast link can't work (URL: http://gramene.agrinome.org/multi/blastview). I click the blast link, it return the following message:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. 
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /multi/blastview. 
Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused
