Hi,
I am the curator of PLEXdb, the Plant and Plant Pathogen gene expression
database (www.plexdb.org) at the Iowa State University.

We have been successfully linking to Gramene from our annotation page for quite
sometime using the following URL:

http://dev.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=LOC_Os01g47410.2|13101.m04889|pr

Now this gives the following error message:

I now realize that the your url in the following formats work:

http://www.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Gene/Summary?db=core;g=LOC_Os01g47410.2
http://www.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Gene/Summary?g=LOC_Os01g47410.2 


My specific question is: Is it still possible to use
"LOC_Os01g47410.2|13101.m04889|pr" instead of just "LOC_Os01g47410.2" in the
url.  This has practical significance/convenience for us.

I would appreciate your help on this.
