[Gramene] Inconsistency in arabidopsis_thaliana_core_50_28?

Is the gramene mysql server accessible directly, or is there any other way to
compare if my database import is incorrect or out of date?  I've noticed the
following inconsistency in my local copy of arabidopsis_thaliana_core_50_28:

In the protein_feature table, there are 5424 rows where analysis_id = 6.
However, in the analysis table, there is no such row.  This seems to be a data
integrity problem.  

This doesn't seem to cause an error, but it seems like those 5424 records
probably will never get displayed.  So my questions are:

1.  Is my database loaded correctly, i.e. is the gramene database also missing
this row?
2.  If yes, is this a data integrity problem or is it a known situation that can
safely be ignored?
