[Gramene] script to generate gene association file

Hi, 

I would like to generate gene association file for maize similar to the gramene gene association file shown at:

http://cvsweb.geneontology.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/go/gene-associations/gene_association.gramene_oryza.gz?rev=HEAD

Could you please let me know the person who generates this gramene gene association file.  I would like to contact the person about using the same script to generate maize gene association file.
