Blast search facility inaccessible

[danny thorogood (IGER-WP)]

I've been trying to access the blast search facility for the last couple of days with no success - I get this message:

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. 
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /Multi/blastview </Multi/blastview> . 
Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused


Do you know what the problem is?
