Problems downloading data from FTP site

Hello, 

I wish to download the latest release 22 data from the FTP site.  I wish to
download the text-dumps format.  I am having two problems:

1.  In the text-dumps directory, some of the .sql files are empty, making it
impossible to create the tables properly.  These are:

0   Sep 19 17:08   arabidopsis_thaliana_core_39_22.sql
0   Sep 19 17:08   cmap22.sql
0   Sep 19 17:08   ensembl_compara_39_22.sql
0   Sep 19 17:08   ensembl_mart_39_22.sql
0   Sep 19 17:08   markers22.sql
0   Sep 19 17:08   oryza_sativa_core_39_22.sql
0   Sep 19 17:08   oryza_sativa_grmgene_39_22.sql
0   Sep 19 17:08   oryza_sativa_variation_39_22.sql

2.  There are no text dump files for either of the following two dbs:
zea_mays_core_30_bac22.sql
zea_mays_core_30_fpc22.sql

Please clarify.  Is this a problem with the data on the FTP site, and if so, is
there an ETA for a resolution?
