DB gene | ontology

I'm trying to do a DB query on your mysql dumps that will give me the
ontology each gene is associated with. I can't seem to put the query
together. Which dumps, cols and keys will give me the info? Do you folks
have any documentation on how the DB is structured?  Thanks
