Problems while installing

[[BLT]FQX]

At first, it says "Can't locate Gramene/Config.pm".
Of cause there is no Granene/Config.pm, so I copy the Config.pm to
Granene/Config.pm.
So it says

I am running it on Apache/2.0.54 (Ubuntu) mod_python/3.1.3 Python/2.4.2
mod_perl/2.0.1 Perl/v5.8.7.
What is wrong?
Do I need to create a Config.pm myself?
