GO Information

Hello, there.

Please, I´d like to ask you an information concerning Gramene GO use.
We´re working on SAGE for sugarcane, and we´ve got an annotation based
on TIGR/Saccharum gene index.
How would it be possible to access for each TC (tentative consensus)
its corresponding GO (biological process, mol. function and cell
location) classification, aiming to facilitate or even to automate the
categorization of the data?
