mapping "clone" to GI numbers

There is no easy way.  You need to search for the clone id in the BAC end files from at NCBI.

I'm hoping this is an easy question. I'm looking for a way to map a list of clone numbers in the
maize.fpc file to NCBI GI numbers? Is this possible?
