Hi Jorge,
Look at http://wheat.pw.usda.gov/pubs/2003/Sorrells/ and click on the
Details for rice chromosome 5.
Also, Gramene might have this kind of data at
ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/CURRENT_RELEASE/data/sequence_annotation/gff/
However currently there's nothing in that directory except the README that
says what's supposed to be there. Sometimes when this happens you can get
action by complaining to gramene at gramene.org. I'll copy to them.
Hope this helps,
- Dave

: One complex question
:
: Is there any way to get from GarinGenes or Gramene
:
: A list of BIN mapped ESTs which are significantly similar to Rice chromosome
: 5, and generate a table with their BIN location in wheat and their
: coordinates in rice chromosome 5 (or the Rice BAC name)?
:
:
: Sorry for the complex question. Feel free to ignore it if it would take too
: much of your time
