Gramene does not yet have the capability of drawing user-defined
features onto the genome view.  The closest you may get is to use the
CMap view to highlight the BAC/PAC names on the "Gramene TIGR Assembly
2003" map.  For example,

You can change the "Ref. Map" to view other chromosomes, and type in
BAC/PAC names into the "Highlight" box.
