lolium sequence data

Hello,

A large consortium of researchers at DOE national laboratories is
currently developing a project to study model plant species in highly
replicated mesocosm systems. We would like to use a model plant for
which a large amount of genomic information exists. Lolium perenne is a
prime candidate in several respects, but public genome resources are a
bit lacking.

I recently read on ViaLactia's web site that they had released all
Lolium perenne sequence data to CSHL for incorporation into the Gramene
system. Could you please give me a preview of how this information will
be incorporated, and to what degree the sequences will be publicly
available?

thanks,

Steve
