Dear Jérôme,

Currently we are providing annotations such as GO associations only to
the proteins. However, we are planning to provide the
gene-transcript-protein-GO mapping based on existing protein-GO mapping
as requested by you in the next few months.

If you want to have something now, I suggest using the Sequence
retrieval system at http://us.expasy.org/srs5/. There you can pull out
all the EMBL DBXrefs/accessions mapped to a rice protein sequences.

Thanks
Pankaj
