transcript sequence and gene ontology

Hi,

I am working on rice coding sequences, more exactly with the file 
transcripts.fasta. I want to associate these rice cds to the Gene 
Ontology. Unfortunetely, the only information I find on gene ontology 
for rice is for peptide sequences or gene products, see the file 
GO2Rice_GO:0003673. But I don't find in any files on the Gramene web 
site, the way to link DNA transcript sequence with the gene ontology.
