Hi,
We have gene predictions from GenBank in the 'Submitted Genes'
track on the contigview and FgenesH predictions.
The FgenesH output is available at
ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/protein/sequence/riceseq_fgenes_predictions_120402.dat.gz
We can also put fasta sequences of predicted peptides on our ftp site,
but since you mention xml, you probably want something more detailed.
What do you need?
