Dear Hong,
The Simple Sequence Repeat Identification Tool can be used to find perfect
repeats ( http://www.gramene.org/gramene/searches/ssrtool or
ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/software/scripts/ssr.pl). Also,
RepeatMasker now has a rice library and can be used for repeat
identification. You can find more info on RepeatMasker at:
