You can use the Gramene "Feature Search" page to find out where a
particular marker has been mapped:
http://www.gramene.org/cmap/feature_search?features=RM564&search_field=both&order_by=&data_source=&submit=Submit
In this case, you can see that RM564 has indeed been mapped to both
chromosomes 4 and 6 in separate studies. It is unclear whether this
is due to there being two actual copies of RM564 in the rice genome,
or some sort of mapping error, or some other reason.
