difference between indica and japonica

I am kim ryong nam reading ''47. Comparison of eleven chloroplast genes between an Indica and a Japonica cultivar of rice'' published in your website, working in beijing genomic center. I am very very interesting in this paper, because I am preparing for annotation of japonica rice. You know some gene finding softwares regard the homogeneous property of GC contents in initial regions of coding locus of genes as prerequisite. But GC contents is inhomogeneous in this regions of rice genome, mostly indica genome and so, new gene finding software using inhomogeneous hidden markov model should be used in rice genome annotation. I must identify whether the difference GC contents in this region between indica and japonica rice genomes exist or not. So, I want to get all basic data of this paper including used gene sequences and need your help. Could you introduce me another gene sequences different between indica and japonica?
