Dr Sarma,

You can download a file with all of the desired information at URL:

    http://www.gramene.org/microsat/microsats.txt

This is a tab-delimited file that you can load into a spreadsheet
program such as Excel.

SSR maps for rice are browsable at URL:

    http://www.gramene.org/maps/viewer?reference_map_study_id=3

Each chromosome is selectable from the "Ref. Map" drop-down list.

Regards,
Noel
