[Gmod-help] Registering eagle-i with GMOD

Hello Scott,

The software, ontology, and the Linked Open Data are available for reuse
without restriction.
While only a subset of each of the above pertain to organisms, it still
may be of interest to the GMO community.
To my knowledge, there are not other registries of software that eagle-i
would be appropriate for.
