[Gmod-help] GMOD/Chado for proteomics projects?

Hi -

Don't see any Chado modules relevant to global (i.e. LC-MS/MS) 
proteomics).   Is anyone working on proteomics module?  Or are there 
users who have cobbled together their own proteomics-aware schema?
