[Gmod-help] GMOD for Engineering Class

[Mr. Portelos]

Hello,
    I have been trying to use GMOD for my middle school STEM Class for over
a year now. My biggest problems are removing weapons for all users even if
they create a server and spawning weapons. I also want the students to be
able to save the contraptions. How can I accomplish this?
