Hi Steve, (and Scott, Lincoln, Todd, and Hilmar)

Thanks for the link.  Except for the due date (6 October), the program
sounds like it could be a good way to fund a GMOD UK center and staff.  It
looks like this program ends in 2011, although the support can last up to 5
years.  Hmmm.  If there is a call next year, maybe we should look into this.

Thoughts?
