Hi Joseph,
This should be fixed in a fresh svn checkout but...
In the yeast simple conf (yeast_simple.conf), add the word
'FastaDumper' to the 'plugin =' line.
In the yeast complex example (yeast_chr1+2.conf), comment out the
first 'plugin=' line wiht a '#" because it is overriding the correct
option lower in the file.
In general, make sure that the plugin you need is listed in the
'plugin' option in the config file.
