[Gmod-help] shaded cmap synteny

HI Dave and others,

           Sorry for sending this query again to the whole group. I did not
get much response last time.  In CMAP, is it possible to create image that
shows big blocks of synteny (as shown in the attached image). I am able to
show synteny using lines without any problems. It would be great to show big
blocks of synteny in a shaded way.
