Hi,

My name is Ammar Naqvi and I work at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering
Cancer Center. I have installed and configured the GBrowse 1.9971 on
my local machine (Ubuntu). The example and demo databases are working fine.
I have added and configured the browser for the Drosophila genome. I
followed the instructions exactly on the GMOD wiki page. It is almost
working properly, meaning it displays the graphics, the features and
so forth, but for few of the chromosomes (ie. 2L:6663965..6674790) the
glyphs are not displaying, but it does say "The following 5 regions
match your request." on top. It also can show the actual sequence when
you click on text as output in the "Configure..." option. However,
when you type in a gene name, such as "cup" on the search it displays
the graphics and features even though its found on the chromosome. I
re-checked the mysql database and all of these chromosomes are present
and I don't see anything wrong with them. If you can assist me in
solving this issue, that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ammar Naqvi
