I have run the command chown but it didn't work.So I reinstalled apache2.Now it can work well .Thank you very much!

1) Is GBrowse is running as user www-data?
2) Did the chown command work?  You can check this by typing
     ls -ld /var/tmp/gbrowse2

hi all,
    When I was  installing  gbrowse2.03,it didn't has any error. ./Build test  is ok.  the process of install is successful,but I can't see the contents overview ,region and details.  I checked the error.log. It said:

   The folder /var/tmp/gbrowse2  is empty .I don't know why . I execute the command :chown www-data.www-data /var/tmp/gbrowse2. It doesn't work.
    Is it a bug or my system error? What should I do? 
    I am looking forward to you reply.
