hi all,
When I was installing gbrowse2.03,it didn't has any error. ./Build
test is ok. the process of install is successful, but I can't see the
contents overview ,region and details. I checked the error.log. It said:
[Mon Apr 19 13:52:16 2010] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist: /var/tmp/gbrowse2/images, referer: http://localhost/cgi-bin/gb2/gbrowse/yeast/
The folder /var/tmp/gbrowse2 is empty .I don't know why . I execute the command :chown www-data.www-data /var/tmp/gbrowse2. It doesn't work.
Is it a bug or my system error? What should I do?
I am looking forward to you reply.
Thank you .

Wangjun
