[Gmod-help] Server issues

After further investigation, I discovered that it's fine for me to start
servers on gm_flatgrass, but strangely enough not on gm_wireconstruct_rc.  I
can't figure out why, though, considering a friend seems to host it fine.
Another friend of mine, whom I have shared my addons with, is experiencing
my same problem, though he hasn't tried hosting on gm_flatgrass...
